Refund Policy – JR Vibes

At JR Vibes, we value your trust and are committed to excellence in every project we undertake. This refund policy applies to both physical products and contracted professional services. By making a purchase or hiring our services, you agree to the following terms:


Return Period

We offer a 30-calendar-day return period from the date you receive the product or begin the service contract.
After this period, refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed unless a documented error was made by our team.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • All return requests must be submitted in writing to info@jr-vibes.com before shipping any items back.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Process

Once your request is approved via email:

  1. You will receive a return label along with shipping instructions.

  2. The item must be returned in acceptable condition within 7 days of receiving the return label.

  3. Items returned without approval or after the return window will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Products and Services

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following products or services:

  • Custom or personalized professional services, including:

    • Business development consulting

    • Sales strategy or automated funnel design

    • Graphic design, branding, or visual identity development

    • Content creation, photography, or videography (recorded or edited)

    • Website or online store development

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including seasonal designs or exclusive artwork)

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care products (such as cosmetics or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within the first 5 days of receiving the order. We will evaluate the situation to offer a fair resolution (replacement, correction, or credit).


Exchanges

To make an exchange, you must first return the original item (if applicable).
Once the return is received and approved, we will provide an update regarding the replacement or necessary adjustment.


Refunds

You will be notified via email once we have received and inspected your return.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.


Invalid Cases

Refund requests will be denied in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has been completed or the product delivered.

  • Claims submitted after the 30-day return window.

  • Partial use of services or attendance at scheduled sessions.

Example: Refund requests submitted months after payment for services will be automatically rejected and archived.
